Elk Hunting

Alberta Wild is excited to offer you a full seven days of intense Bull Elk hunting during the peak of the rutting season. Depending on your schedule you have the choice to hunt these animals with either a bow or rifle.

All Our Elk hunts take place in the foothills of central Alberta which start at the end of August and run until the middle of October. On this hunt we will take you into some extremely remote areas where elk are known to gather during the breading season. Our experienced elk guides utilize proven calling methods and decoys to draw bugling bulls to within  range. All our Elk hunts are run from a remote back country camp where we depart each day and put many miles on by foot to put you right in the action. Nothing gets the heart pounding like a screaming bull coming into close range.
