White Tail Deer Hunting

Alberta Wild is pleased to offer a full seven days of action packed White Tail Deer hunting during the peak of the November rut. This is the best time to take the trophy of a lifetime! The quality and populations of deer in our operating zone has been steadily increasing over the years due to the mild winters, the remoteness of the hunting area and the perfect habitat to harbor and grow big bucks. Alberta Wild is the only outfitter operating White Tail Deer hunts in the zone which totals an area of just over 360 Square miles.

Your Alberta Wild White Tail hunt will take place from our home in Grande Cache, where we will depart each day and drive roughly 30 minutes to the hunting areas. Hunting is done either from stands, on foot, heated blinds, or from vehicles. All our hunting methods are proven and produce. The hunting area consists of a mixed terrain, which includes boreal forests loaded with oil well leases, logging roads and log cuts winding through valley bottoms and ridge tops. All hunts include, transportation during your stay, full meals, accommodations and full guiding services.

It is important for our clients to hunt from “dawn to dusk”, as the vast majority of our bucks are taken in the middle of the day. If one remains patient, 135+ bucks are the norm, however, our clients are encouraged to harvest mature deer, which generally score well over this mark.
